We were initially invited by Vanquis Bank to complete a redesign of their website. Several templates were already visualised but what was missing was consistency across the entire set and between the site and other digital communication channels.
We revisited the existing assets, redesigned them and expanded by adding additional or missing sections, creating as a result a modern and attractvie website. The client was very satisfied and decided to expand the scope by asking us to refresh not only their Social Media output but also the digital branding assets of their three major credit card brands.
We expanded Vanquis' online brand by creating a bespoke set of iconography that could be shared between the brands in their respective accent colours. This was followed by a redesign of the bank's traditional mail communication with their customers - card statements, confirmations and many more, creating a consistent and comprehensive online presence.
